Hereby, we confirme that, according to the NGO Support programe for SE Europe, CORDAID has been supporting projects of The Reference Group Tuzla, NGO network, for four years. CORDAID finds the Reference Group networking model as a unique and important initative creating a structured cooperation among NGOs in Tuzla Canton. Group of NGOs. The affiliated organisations of the Reference Group Tuzla early on recognised the essential role joint actions, approach and mutual information and experience sharing.

CORDAID has been supporting two projects:

NGOs Relevant Partners in Community Problem Solving for the period January 2002-February 2004

Continuation of the project NGOs Relevant Partners in Community Problem Solving for the period September 2004-December 2006.

During these years The Reference Group Tuzla has managed to develop credibility, not only in Tuzla Canton towards NGOs,the public and the authorities, but also within NGO Sector in B&H. IN fact, we observed that the Refernece Group Tuzla is widely considered to be a replicable model for other parts of B&H.

The principles of cooperation between Reference Group Tuzla were outlined by the contracts, that were fully respected and followed by the Reference Group in the area of project management and implementation as well as managing aprroved funds.

For these reasons we wholeheartedly recommend The Reference Group Tuzla as a reliable and professional implementing partner for any interested party.
